If you are a fan of comfort and good style, the Axel Accent Chair is the chair you must have! This is a chair that, in a way, mimics comfortable armchairs because it emphasizes the wide back. The first thing we notice is the ribbed ash backrest which has a rounded arch at the top and narrow wooden slats over the entire backrest surface. Of course, the slats are circular in diameter, while their beauty is emphasized in the middle part, which also highlights the thickening.

This backrest is ideal for anyone who sits for a long time and can lean on the backrest along the entire length of the back, and if you want even more comfort, you can put a warm pillow up to your back. The arched tip allows you to lean your head against the backrest without the risk of injuring yourself on sharp edges. The handles are wide enough and provide a safe position of the body and arms when sitting.

The seat part has a unique design and is made of intertwined cord threads. The threads are tight and intertwined next to each other to emphasize the difference from other chair elements. Of course, these threads fit the color of the whole shade of the chair. Actually, the Axel Accent Chair is designed to have a linear style, with the backrest being rectilinear and made of wooden elements and the seat part being linear with solid cord threads.

Retro design inspired by the past

The style of our chair is undoubtedly inspired by the past because we have often seen such chairs in country houses or salons from the beginning of the 19th century. Namely, that is the period when the original lighting appeared, and everything exuded retro elements. In addition to the first lighting models, the use of metal elements was frequent, and such synthetic materials were embellished with wooden furniture or wooden details.
